Course Objectives

At the institutional level, this programme aims at assisting organizations plan, organize and implement construction programmes and projects more efficiently.
⦁    At the learning level, the programme aims at increasing participant's knowledge and skills in the various methods of planning, organizing and implementing construction programmes and critical techniques for monitoring and controlling escalation of construction project costs.
⦁    At the job behaviour level, this programme aims at assisting the participant undertake site productivity appraisal using activity sampling, multiple activity charts and flow process charts and appraise the effectiveness of various contractual arrangements between clients, consultants and contractors in the implementation of construction projects.
